I love everything avocado. I really do. But then again, who doesn't? That's why I made an avoca(to-)do list. If you're in Sydney, and you consider yourself an avocado enthusiast, this guide is for you.

  1. Angel: Go to brunch and order the Martha's vineyard avocado and mushroom dish. It's basically a sautéed mushroom with avocado and toast. Now I understand why this restaurant is called Angel. This masterpiece must have come straight from the heavens.

  2. Aslan Coffee: Okay Avocado Breakfast Bruschetta already sounds delicious, right? But wait 'til you hear hear what's on it: Danish feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, basil pesto.... BUT WAIT you can also opt to add eggs your way AND you can add bacon?! Sign. Me. Up.

  1. Belmonte Pizzeria: Avocado and pizza? That's the most beautiful thing I've ever heard. One could say it's the perfect avo-couple (That was a stretch. I'm sorry.). Belmonte Pizzaria gets me. They really do. They offer a chicken and avocado pizza, complete with bacon, tomato, and mozzarella. Wow.

  2. D'Munchies: I'm LOL-ing at this fun place. Both stoner-friendly and vegan-friendly? They really like their greens. Know what else is green? Avocados. Their Vegan 3-Cheese Chili Dawg is not only vegan, but topped with a "tangy avocado sauce." Whoever created this is truly a saint.

.
  1. Brotherhood House Cafe: GUYS. This place can make avocado smoothies. That's right. Drinkable avocado. I know it sounds crazy, but bear with me. I like smoothies. I like avos. Why not make an avocado smoothie? I stand behind them 110%.

  2. The Rusty Rabbit: Excuse me while I die of cuteness. The Rusty Rabbit offers a dish called "Green, Eggs, and Ham." This is smashed avo on quinoa and soy toast, with smoked ham, and 2 poached eggs. I'm not Sam but I DO like Green, Eggs, and Ham.

  3. Havana Beach: Go to Havana for breakfast! Just kidding, but you should go to Havana Beach. They have avocado salsa for breakfast. Luckily for me, they serve it until 3. At Havana Beach, they know how to brunch right. Enough of this early morning nonsense!

8. **Cantina Bar**: Who said avocado isn't a dessert? At cantina bar, go for the guac and stay for the xocoatl. In case you don't know what that is, it's a "Mexican chocolate and avocado mousse served with crushed pistachios, pomegranate, candied pasilla, and sweet tostadas." Have mercy.

So there you have it. How many of these items can you check off in a day? A week? This is my avo-cardio for the week.
